This week our main focus in here is the art of saying NO thank you!!
I have been someone that has struggled a ton in the past with saying no thank you to foods/drinks/etc even if I really didn't want them! It also lead to a ton of issues with food relationships and emotional eating!!
This topic really hits me in the feels because I know many of you have the same struggles! I will be sharing my experiences and how I've managed to overcome the issues of turning to food when I am feeling emotional as well as the art of saying no thank you...and sticking to it! Just know, if you have a hard time with either or both of these right now, you can overcome it and there is another side to it!
