In order to get started with the FREE coaching, please follow the steps below. This Introduction will walk you through the basics of setting up your app, following me and our private Facebook community on social media, subscribing to my monthly newsletter and finally a client intake form. Once you have completed all the steps, you will be automatically sent to a series of short videos. If you have any questions, please always feel free to reach out to me directly!

If you have already downloaded the 1P app that I use for coaching and made me your advisor, or if these steps look familiar, skip to step #6 to schedule your initial call.
DOWNLOAD THE 1ST PHORM APP:
In order to finish gaining access into the group, you will need to download the 1st Phorm App in step #1. Please make sure to follow the steps in the guide to set up the app correctly before you continue through the remaining steps. One of these steps is making sure I am your advisor in the app, otherwise I will not be able to help you.
MAKE SURE I AM YOUR ADVISOR:
Whether you are new to the app or switching to me.
Request me as your advisor by entering my email address: firstname.lastname@example.org
Once you have completed this step, please message me in the app so that I can finish getting you into our Facebook group, Nikki 915 Fit Fam (Step #4 below)
